These terms cover Slimeantics, the daily word game at slimeantics.com, and the same game played as an Activity inside Discord. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.
Slimeantics is free to play. We may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, including the puzzles, the word list, scoring, rankings and the Discord Activity, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Scores, stats and streaks are just for fun and have no value outside the game.
Inside Discord, your use of Discord is also governed by Discord's Terms of Service, and you must meet Discord's minimum age. When you finish the daily puzzle in a server, the Slimeantics bot posts the day's results in that channel, including your Discord name and score. Before your first result is posted, the game tells you this and lets you turn your name off, and you can change that at any time from the 📊 stats screen. The privacy policy explains what that involves. Server moderators can remove the bot or stop it posting at any time through Discord's own settings.
Please don't:
We may ignore or remove scores and results that break these rules, and block access from anyone who does.
The game, its design, its slimes and its original clues belong to Slimeantics. You're welcome to share your results and screenshots. Some word data comes from openly licensed sources, which keep their own licenses; they're listed in the game under "Word data and credits".
To keep the game free, the website may show ads from third parties such as Google. We don't control those ads or the sites they link to, and the privacy policy explains how they work.
Slimeantics is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes the accuracy of definitions, accepted answers and scores.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Slimeantics and the people who make it aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, progress or streaks, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
We may update these terms as the game changes. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
